About

It's often said that life is about the journey, not the destination. For Kelly, that journey is rooted in creating a space of empathy and understanding for others. She believes in the power of human connection, especially when life feels overwhelming or hopeless. She is here to provide comfort and guidance so her clients can align with their highest selves.

Meet Kelly

For most of my life, I endured the heavy weight of trauma, facing judgment, belittlement, and criticism simply for being myself.

Then, in 2018, a life-altering event occurred. A devastating car accident left me with physical injuries and prompted me to seek higher guidance and wisdom as to why. It was in the aftermath of this trauma that I felt a deep yearning for answers, for a path towards healing and understanding.

This pivotal moment ignited a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. I sought to debunk old belief systems that were not based upon Biblical principles and truths. To find higher truths about myself and what no longer serves my overall wellbeing and safety.

This path led me to return to school, immersing myself in the study of spirituality, ultimately earning a Spiritual Mentoring Certification from Atlantic University. Now, I am in the process of receiving Certification as a Certified Trauma Coach with Florida State University.

My journey has taught me that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope and powerful tools and modalities to help you heal.

Through embracing my own healing, I've found my purpose: to guide others on their unique paths towards wholeness and inner peace.

It took many books, therapy, seeing doctors, listening to videos and attending courses on domestic violence, getting sound healing for myself, chiropractic help, ongoing massages for pain management and becoming a better version of myself so that I can hold someone else's hand in their beginning stages of healing.

I am now dedicated to helping others find comfort so that they too can realign to their own highest self and potential(s). My work helps my clients discover and utilize their unique gifts, strengths, and talents. I believe that by sharing these gifts, we can create a ripple effect of healing and transformation, not only within our immediate circles of family and friends but also extending to the wider world.
